Ryan Worthen is the Director of Communications for KEMI, the state’s largest provider of workers’ comp insurance with more than 20,000 policyholders. In addition to leading the external and internal communications initiatives for KEMI, where he first joined the staff as an intern in 2002, the Lexington entrepreneur is owner of Reel Special, a premier wedding video business and That One Company (thatonecompany.com), a consulting and creative services company that has worked with top brands like HBO, John Deere and Travel Channel.
